Environmental Site Assessment

A Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment was conducted in February 2017. The ESA was conducted consistent with the procedures included in ASTM E1527-13 and/or ASTM E2247-16, Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process.

A second study was performed in 2020, and is currently being prepared for publication.
